Breaking the isolation of prison is one of the biggest ways we can support those locked inside. Luckily, there are three days in which you can visit Dante while he is in Santa Rita Jail.

Santa Rita is located in Dublin, CA. Dublin is about 30-40 minutes east of Oakland. You can get there by car or by taking BART, getting off at the last Dublin stop, then walking (about 30 minutes) or riding a bike.

You must set up an appointment to visit Dante, and visiting information may be viewed here. According to the website: “VISITING IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Visitors may schedule an appointment up to three (3) days in advance by either calling the Visiting Line (925) 551-6578 (8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm), or by Internet 24 hours a day. With few exceptions, no same day appointments will be given.”
